Ivy Apartment

Relax together or with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, on our family farm with cows, horses and chickens at the front door and an amazing view. It is a basement apartment with private entrance and parking lot. Our farm property is bordered by the Bonnechere River and has a few creeks with lots of bush and offers beautiful walks/hikes. We're 4 km from Ottawa river and Horton boat launch. Only 4 km from Highway 17 and 7 minutes from the town of Renfrew which offers all you need. The space Ivy Apartment is mainly situated in the basement of our two story home. The entrance is at the first floor and has a porch, a hall with a dining space with a beautiful view on our farm. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms with a window and a queen bed, one of them has a toddler/baby crib and a changing table, or working space with an office chair. A third bedroom is situated in the den, which has a single bed. There is a full bathroom and a kitchen area with all the appliances needed: fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The living room area has a couch and a tv. Heating and cooling is available. Guest access Ivy apartment is all yours, accept for the storage space behind the curtain in the den. The door to the private parts of the house is locked. Feel free to take the dining chairs out side to sit on the porch or the west side lawn. Other things to note We live on a dirt road, which is well maintained by our township, also in wintertime when there is snowfall, the road will be cleared in the morning, because we are farming and need free access to County road 20.
