Perfectly located on a private estate, I am listing a beautiful light and cosy south facing bedroom with views across the rear garden, with secure parking (behind security gates). For those that like the great outdoors Sutton Park is only a short walk away which boasts an abundance of wildlife, including ponies that roam free and happy, nature at its best. Our local village with good parking facilities (free) has much to offer, coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and more, all on our doorstep. The space Along with the beautiful bedroom there is a new modern bathroom which is shared, also the dining room for breakfast which faces the rear garden. Guest access As all the rooms mentioned are very large there is enough room to spread yourself out, and make yourself at home During your stay I will be available at all times while you are staying with me, so if you have any special requirements i.e gluten free cereal let me know before you arrive or on check in Other things to note Microwave cooking is allowed
