The space The house is in a privileged position as it is right in front of the coast, at a height that allows a beautiful view starting from the tip of the rocks of Porto Corallo on the left up to Capo Ferrato on the right The house is on 2 floors On the first floor, you will find the living room, a kitchen equipped with a dining room, a bathroom with shower, a bedroom with 2 beds and a cellar. The living room overlooks the sea with 2 windows, one of which looks like a postcard and also gives access to a large terrace with a sea view of about 20 square meters that you can take advantage of with numerous chairs and a table for outdoor dining if you wish In the living room there is a sofa bed for 2 people. The sofa is new, very comfortable and not "makeshift" On the second floor, accessed by a terracotta staircase, is the second room for an additional 2 people. This room overlooks a balcony facing the sea in line with the living room. The house has a small garden next to it that has recently been renovated and where you can lie down to sunbathe. Inside, the house is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV, satellite, air conditioning. The house's furnishings have been totally renovated with quality and designer pieces. There is also a nice "professional" barbecue that you can use on the terrace The apartment also has an underground cistern in the garden (and therefore NOT visible) with a reserve of 2,00 liters of water and a hydraulic pump that ensures the supply even in the event of a public service interruption (to date never used but you never know...) Porto Corallo – in case you need some additional information – is located on the southeastern coast of Sardinia about 40 km north of Villasimius. The nearest towns are Villaputzu (about 6 km) and Muravera (about 8 km) both with various shops and supermarkets. In addition to several restaurants, the Porto Corallo area offers a wellness center with swimming pool, tennis/soccer fields, mini-club and a diving center. The rocks are about 100 meters from the house and the 2 local beaches are one about 500 meters away and the other about 1 km away (the first has a very nice wooden bar also open in the evening for a drink) Nearby there are beautiful beaches, in particular Murtas, about 15 km north, which still retains a very wild character, a beautiful sea and few people even in August Further south there are other very beautiful beaches such as San Giovanni (with a pond where pink flamingos are still found), Punta Molentis, Cala Pira, Feraxi, Costa Rey. This area is known for its beautiful sea and simple lifestyle, different from that of northern Sardinia where it is full of nightclubs. If you're looking for nightclubs, this is NOT your place. But if you're looking for a real sea life, the whole day spent on the beach and evenings on the terrace dining and listening to the sound of the waves then this is your place.
