Welcome to our beautiful villa located in Playa El Coco, Nicaragua. Our villa offers two spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms. Two room features a comfortable double bed and a private terrace, while the other room has four cozy single beds and a bathroom. Our villa can accommodate up to 12 guests, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. You'll enjoy all the modern amenities, including air conditioning and Wi-Fi, to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The space [ENGLISH] The property has everything you need to spend a completely relaxing vacation without worrying about anything. - It has 3 living rooms: 1. Main room right at the entrance, with a sofa and two armchairs, a smart cable TV, a stereo with bluetooth and a portable fan. 2. Outside room to enjoy the view, the sun and share near the pool. 3. Interior room on the second floor, to talk, read, or play board games. - Dining room in fine wood for 8 people, breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen with 6-burner stove, oven, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker. There are kitchen utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery set. There is also a charcoal grill and special barbecue utensils. - It has 3 rooms: 1. Main Room is located on the second floor, it has a King size bed and bedding, private bathroom (includes towels) and private closet, terrace with a table to work and enjoy the sunsets, smart TV with cable, safe and Air-conditioning. 2. Private room: It is located on the second floor, it has a king size bed and bedding, private bathroom (includes towels) and private closet, balcony with a table to work with, smart TV with cable and air conditioning. 3. Shared room: It is located on the first floor, it has 2 Queen Beds in a bunk bed, and 2 Single Beds in another bunk bed, private bathroom (includes towels), shared closet and Air conditioning. - Access to the Beach: To access the beach on foot, go down the slope of the mountain, once down, go to the red gate to the left, walk about 80 meters, you will see a vehicular path on the right hand but it is not that one, keep walking until you see a small pedestrian crossing to the right. Go down the steps and follow the path until you reach the main street. Across the street is a light blue mesh gate that opens onto a pedestrian walkway. Push the gate (open) and follow the path until you reach the sand. Private room: It is located on the second floor, has King bed and linen, private bathroom (includes towels) and private closet, balcony with a table to work, smart TV with cable and air conditioning. 3. Shared room: It is located on the first floor, has 2 Queen Beds in one bunk bed, and 2 Single Beds in another bunk bed, private bathroom (includes towels), shared closet and air conditioning. - Access to the beach: To access the beach on foot, go down the slope of the mountain, once down, go from the red gate to the left, walk about 80 meters, you will see a vehicular road on the right but it is not that, keep walking until you see a small pedestrian step to the right. Go down the steps and follow the path until you reach the main street. Across the street is a sky-blue mesh door that overlooks a pedestrian path. Push the gate (open) and follow the path until you reach the sand. Guest access [ENGLISH] The house is located on the top of the mountain 250mts from the bay of Playa El Coco. To reach [Private Vehicle]: At the San Juan del Sur junction (km 150), take the street towards El Ostional. It's approximately 18 kilometers. Note: there is an 8-kilometer stretch of rural road. [By Bus]: Take a bus from the Roberto Huembes Market in Managua to San Juan del Sur (Hours: 4am / 9am) and it costs 125 cordobas. At the Municipal Market of San Juan del Sur, take a bus to El Ostional (Every 1 hour). Get off at Playa El Coco (approximately 30 min). Once in Playa El Coco, the address is: From Parque Marítimo el Coco, continue 800mts to the south, turn at the first left-hand entrance (sign), follow the path, pass a curve and continue for 200mts until you reach a red gate on the right hand side. Go up the slope until you reach the top where the Coco Beach Condo is located. To move comfortably to the beach, the most recommended is to move in a private vehicle. Note: You can access any vehicle, be it sedan, 4x2 or 4x4. If you are more adventurous and do not have physical difficulties, you can access the beach on foot, it will take you 5 minutes without rushing. Climb the slope to the top where Coco Beach Condo is located. To get around comfortably to the beach, it's best to get around by private vehicle. Note: You can access any vehicle, whether sedan, 4x2 or 4x4. If you are more adventurous and have no physical difficulties you can access the beach on foot, it will take 5 minutes without a rush. Other things to note - This is a house surrounded by trees, lots of nature, right in front of the sea. Due to these natural factors, you may find insects outside. We do our best to keep the rooms free of insects, however, we respect nature and avoid harming them. - No drinking water is provided. Bring your own drinking water. - Electricity consumption per day is 40kw. The excess consumption is 11.20 cordobas kw/h. - Extra hour entry and exit fee is $10.
