The space 🏡 FIRST FLOOR Step inside and be welcomed by a beautifully designed rustic-modern retreat that blends cozy cabin charm with stylish contemporary touches. The open-concept layout creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gathering with family and friends. Straight ahead, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen featuring a spacious island with seating, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee, meal prep, or casual conversations. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating an ideal space for shared meals and memorable moments. To the right from the entrance is the comfortable living room featuring a electric fireplace, cozy seating, and soaring ceilings that open to the loft above. Natural wood accents, warm finishes, and modern décor create the perfect balance of comfort and style. Just off the kitchen is the first full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Inside the bathroom, double doors lead to a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer available for guest use. Also located on the first floor, right by the living room area is the first bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed, TV, and closet space. 🛋️ SECOND LEVEL / LOFT Head upstairs to a cozy loft-style living area overlooking the main floor. This additional lounge space offers a comfortable couch, TV, board games and sliding glass doors leading to a private balcony. Start your morning with coffee on the balcony or unwind in the evening while enjoying the peaceful surroundings from the outdoor chairs and table overlooking backyard with the creek 🛏️ 2ND LEVEL BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS Off the loft area, a small hallway leads to the additional bedrooms and second bathroom. • The first door on the left is a private owner's closet and is not accessible to guests. • Across the hallway is the second bedroom, featuring a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The closet in this room is reserved for owner use and will remain locked. • Next to the bunk room is the second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. • At the end of the hallway is the third bedroom, offering a queen-size bed and a dedicated workspace, perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure. 🌲 WRAPAROUND DECK Step directly from the living room onto the spacious wraparound deck. Enjoy outdoor meals cooked on the gas BBQ grill or relax in the comfortable seating area while taking in the fresh air. The deck extends around the home and provides easy access to the backyard. 🔥 BACKYARD RETREAT The backyard offers a wonderful space to relax and connect with nature. Soak in the private hot tub after a day of exploring, gather around the outdoor dining area for meals under the stars, unwind on the swing, or enjoy cozy evenings around the gas fire pit. Adding to the peaceful setting, a creek flows through the backyard, creating a tranquil atmosphere where you can enjoy the soothing sounds of nature throughout your stay. ⚠️ Please note: The fire pit is gas-operated only. For safety reasons, wood burning is not permitted in the fire pit. With its rustic-modern design, spacious kitchen island, open living spaces, multiple gathering areas, and inviting outdoor amenities, this home provides the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway in every season. Other things to note We are located in a Private Gated Community. You will be asked to fill out a Community Form with names of all guests and Car information before your stay. You will have to check in at the Security Booth/Gate upon arrival and provide them with the property address, all names and IDs of all guests. Please, note that any names that were not given to us prior to your arrival will not be able to enter the Community. Please, note that we need to submit Reservation Form to the Office at least 3 business days before your check in date. In case of last minute inquiries that are less than 3 business days to the trip, or in case that the guest did not provide us with the required information on time - fee of $80 will be added.
