The Lopi wood-burning stove anchors the space with warmth and efficiency, perfect for cool Olympic Peninsula evenings. A piano sits nearby, ready for whoever feels inspired. Look up. A picnic table sits ready for morning coffee, afternoon card games, and golden hour dining while elk graze the open fields beyond and bald eagles drift quietly overhead. The hot tub is right there too, tucked on the deck with those same incredible views — available for an extra charge. This is indoor-outdoor living at its most effortless. The Kitchen Built for real cooking and real gatherings. A unique woodblock island stocked with quality tools and everything you need to cook like you mean it. Appliances include an Instant Pot Duo Mini, a Black+Decker glass blender, a Cuisinart 14-cup programmable coffee maker, a stovetop kettle, and a smooth-top electric range with a stainless steel range hood. Non-toxic cookware, a generous pantry for food storage. The kitchen flows naturally into a dining table for full group meals, bar stool seating at the high-top counter, and a cozy built-in breakfast nook — the perfect spot for slow mornings and good conversation. The Main Wing — Bedrooms & Baths Down the main hallway you'll find three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master suite is a true retreat — a king bed, its own private heating and cooling for year-round comfort, and a spa-worthy en suite with heated floors, a walk-in shower with a steam shower option, and a Brondell S1400 bidet with full remote control for adjustable water temperature, spray width, deodorize, and sterilize functions. Start and end every day here and mean it. The second full bathroom serves the bedroom wing and features a luxurious soaking tub and toilet — the kind of bath you actually want to take. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, a private desk and chair, and peaceful backyard views — ideal for a remote worker or anyone who needs a quiet corner. The third bedroom sleeps two with a twin bed and a rollout twin extension — perfect for kids or additional guests. The Loft Wing — The Other Side of the House Accessed through the kitchen and laundry area and up one flight of stairs, the loft wing is a world entirely its own. Close the door and this space becomes a fully private retreat with vaulted ceilings, carpet, and loads of natural light from wraparound windows. Sink into the large sectional sofa, challenge someone to the foosball table, let the kids loose with the bean bag and toy shelf packed with board games, and stream your favorite movie on the LG NanoCell smart TV. A wall heater keeps this wing cozy and comfortable independently. A full bathroom with shower, toilet, and storage means this wing functions completely on its own. Movie nights, game nights, and rainy afternoon tournaments all live here. Laundry A full Whirlpool washer and dryer are available for guest use with eco-friendly free and clear detergent supplied. A first aid kit and bandaids are also stocked in the laundry room — just in case. The Yard & Outdoors A large grassy yard with natural mixed landscaping surrounds the property. Fire up the propane grill on the back deck — propane supplied — and cook outside while the elk do their thing in the fields beyond. Room to roam, room to breathe, room to just be. Getting Here & Getting In Vaulted sits at the end of a private road just minutes from downtown Sequim, Port Williams Beach, and the region's beloved lavender farms. Entry is simple — a real key waiting in a Master Lock combination lockbox on the front door. No app required, no complicated check-in. Trash pickup is located at the end of the driveway. WiFi is reliable throughout via an Eero mesh network. The property features a spacious driveway with plenty of room to park and turn around comfortably. An Emporia Level 2 smart EV charger is conveniently mounted directly on the side of the house — easy access for charging right where you park. Please note that parking is for registered guests only and guest count limits apply. Dogs are welcome. Bring your people, your pup, and your appetite. Leave your schedule at the door. Vaulted is where you exhale. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire home including all three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, loft wing, wrap-around deck, yard, and property grounds. The exterior garage is reserved for owner use only and is not accessible. In the master bedroom there are two closets — one is a locked cleaning supply closet, the other is fully available for guest use. Please respect property boundary lines and do not wander onto neighboring properties or approach the elk herd in the adjacent fields. Other things to note EV Charging An Emporia Level 2 Smart EV Charger is mounted directly on the side of the house at the driveway — convenient and easy to access right where you park. The charger uses a standard J1772 connector, which is compatible with most non-Tesla electric vehicles including Chevy Bolt, Nissan Leaf, Ford, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, and more. Tesla drivers will need to bring a Tesla-to-J1772 adapter — most Tesla owners carry one already. If you are unsure whether your vehicle is compatible, feel free to reach out before your stay and we will be happy to help. Quiet Hours Out of respect for this peaceful, tight-knit community, quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We appreciate your thoughtfulness — it's part of what makes this such a special place to stay. Plumbing & Drains Please be mindful of what goes down the drains. No food debris, grease, or objects should go down the sink. Flushable wipes, paper towels, and similar items should be disposed of in the trash — not flushed. This keeps the property running smoothly for everyone. Wood Stove The Lopi wood burning stove is a beautiful and efficient heat source for cooler evenings — firewood is self serve from the wood box. That said, please only use the wood stove if you are comfortable and experienced with starting and maintaining a fire. A smoky house is nobody's idea of a good stay, and we want yours to be perfect. Hot Tub The hot tub is available for an extra charge and is located right on the back deck with those incredible open field views. Instructions and guidelines will be provided upon booking. Please keep the cover on when not in use and shower before entering. Landscaping Our landscaping team visits periodically to keep the property looking its best. They will never access the interior of the home and will not disturb your stay. We will always give you a heads up in advance of any scheduled visit. The Elk & Property Boundaries The elk herd that grazes the fields beyond the deck is one of the most extraordinary things about Vaulted — wild, unhurried, and completely unforgettable. Please enjoy them from the deck and yard and respect the property boundary lines. Do not approach the elk or wander onto neighboring properties. This is a peaceful community and we ask that all guests honor that spirit.
