Located 38miles from Texas Motor Speedway, 20 miles from the Fort Worth Stockyards, 5 miles to lake and just 5 minutes from a local winery!🌾🛶🌅 The space Pet Disclosure This is a family-friendly home and neighborhood. When the property is not reserved for guests, my two dogs live in the home with me. The home is thoroughly cleaned between each stay, either by me or by a professional cleaning service. In addition, two air purifiers are maintained throughout the home to help improve indoor air quality and minimize pet odors. While every effort is made to provide a clean and fresh environment, homes where pets live may retain a slight residual pet scent despite deep cleaning and air purification. If you have allergies, are highly sensitive to pet odors, or prefer accommodations that have never housed pets, this property may not be the best fit for your needs. By booking this home, guests acknowledge and accept that a faint pet scent may occasionally be present. Guest access Community pool is shut down as of October. Will be back in the Spring. Other things to note The booker will be responsible for any damages to property both interior and exterior. This includes items such as furniture , walls, decor, appliances etc. Additional fees will be charged. Guests: headcount on guests will need to be provided in advance before booking. Any additional uninvited guests will be charged $25/person (including kids) Any additional pets will be $100/pet. If electricity usage during your stay is excessively high, you may be responsible for at least 50 percent of the electricity bill attributable to your reservation. If front porch lights are on for more than 1 hr you will be charged fee of $25. Ex: left on all night per day it will be $25/day Please be mindful of turning off all lights when leaving the house. Pool access will be closed after 10/1/2026. Will be back in the Spring. By booking you agree to all of the host terms.
