Unwind, explore, and create lasting memories in East Tennessee. The space This charming cabin is located close to multiple rafting companies, and the Bus Bar and Grill is within walking distance. The cabin shares 7.5 acres of secluded private property that can only be accessed by guests. There is a Food City within 2 miles for all your grocery needs. Local restaurants are close by and open for business year round, please ask us for recommendations or check out our guide. The cabins name is ‘Love’ and represents one of the fruits of the spirit, additional cabin spaces are available for rent on same property and are ideal for family reunions, wedding guests, romantic getaways, families and friend trips. The area around the cabins is wooded, we even have picnic tables and a tire swing for you to enjoy. Guest access Guests can use their unit and common areas such as roads and trails throughout the property. Please be respectful of others. Other things to note ‘Love’ cabin is a one bedroom with full sized bed, one bath on main level, and has a loft with a full sized bed. There is a living room, dining room, with kitchenette. For your enjoyment outside there is a covered porch that you can sit under during any weather, the porch has railing and a door that accesses the porch from the inside. If you are seeking rest, relaxation, adventure or all of the above, you will love it here. We have wi-fi available for you to connect your devices to and plenty of board games, cards and books for your enjoyment available. We want you to have the best time and will ask you when booking what your favorite snacks are. If we forget to ask please tell us and we will get you some for your stay. Laundry service is available for guests staying 7 days or longer, first load is free of charge, any additional loads are $20 each, please allow 24 hour turn around from time of pick up. Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Late checkouts available if discussed with host and approved based on availability. The interior of the property has a stairway leading up to the loft and may not be suitable for those with small children or adults with physical limitations or limited safety awareness. There is a beautiful walking area within the property that only guests are allowed to enjoy. We don’t have televisions on site and that is purposeful, we want you to be able to connect with friends & family. Get back to nature and enjoy the view away from your phone.
