Set on a peaceful 0.5‑acre lot with 80 ft of clean, weed‑free riverfront, it’s perfect for swimming, relaxing, kayaking, and fishing. Surrounded by the beautiful outdoors of Quinte West, this spot invites you to slow down and enjoy everything the river and nearby trails have to offer. Perfect for family getaways, romantic weekends, or a great time with friends! The space Enjoy 0.5 acres of cottage charm, complete with a children’s sand pit, a slide, and plenty of room to play. The property features a dock with steps, a shallow shoreline that quickly drops deeper, and an accessible ramp leading up to the deck. The deck is beautifully set up with string lights and a gazebo with fly‑netting, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A clothesline is available for drying items (please note: there is no washing machine on the property). For safety, we recommend bringing your own life jackets. Other things to note Welcome to the lake! For an authentic cottage experience, our water is drawn directly from the Trent River. It’s filtered and usable for showering and washing dishes; however, not it is treated for drinking or cooking (not potable water). A water dispenser and a complimentary 15L jug is provided in the kitchen. If you think you’ll need more, please bring additional drinking water.
