Our beautifully renovated house with luxury features has everything you need to feel right at home. It offers plenty of space for leisure and fun! The backyard is fully landscaped and complete with amenities for all to enjoy including a fire pit, outdoor dining, and a playground. To ensure a peaceful stay for our neighbors, we strictly prohibit parties, events, and unregistered day visitors. 8 guests max. The space Our home offers 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Guests enjoy the open concept layout that seamlessly joins the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a cozy living space and dining room area. The backyard is fully fenced and tastefully landscaped. Enjoy backyard games, and a cozy fire while young children play on the outdoor play-gym. Be prepared to view breathtaking desert sunsets over nearby mountains and our beloved Walker Lake from the comfort of your patio. Guest access Guests will have private access to the entire home, excluding the garage and a bedroom on the ground level that is currently used for storage. All other bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and outdoor spaces are available for your use. Guests may park in the driveway or use street parking directly adjacent to the property. Please refrain from parking in front of neighbors’ homes. Convenient self check-in with keyless entry. *Guests should be aware that one bedroom and bath are located upstairs and should consider accessibility upon booking. We have placed grab bars in the front entrance and ground level bathroom to accommodate guests with disabilities. Other things to note Early Check-In: Please message us if you are planning on arriving earlier than the designated check-in time of 4pm. If we are able to accommodate an early check-in time we will. It doesn't hurt to ask. Security: Front door passcode is changed between each new stay and a deadbolt is provided at the front entrance for peace of mind. We have two security cameras, one for the front yard and one for the back yard. This is strictly a safety feature and to ensure a head count and no pet policy. There is no camera in the home other than the Alexa device "Echo Show" which is in the kitchen for guest use during their stay. The camera has been deactivated, manually closed and even covered with a label for extra peace of mind. If you have any concerns feel free to unplug the device or ensure the camera is manually closed. Child Proof: We have a baby gait both at the bottom and top of the stairs. Cabinets in the kitchen have optional childproof locks and most outlets are tamper proof.
