House with sea view and possibility to rent boat

Modern furnished detached house/cabin on 3 floors located by the lake/sea. Sea view from the living room, mountain view to the mountain Knubben and Jørgenvåghalsen. Nice start to the fjord route from the residence. The home has both Canal Digital satellite dish and RiksTV in both the living room and kitchen. Fireplace in the living room/kitchen. Heat pump in the living room, heating cables in the floor bathroom, entrance/hallway and basement living room/hallway/laundry room. There is both a charcoal grill and a gas grill on the balcony/terrace. There are 5-6 bicycles for adults and bicycles for children in the outhouse. Rowboat up by the water. The space The house is conveniently located for fishing by boat in the sea, excursions to Ringholmen Restaurant, the fishing village Grip, Veiholmen on Smøla and great mountain trips in the nearby area. Lots of berries in forests and fields in autumn, great conditions for diving, free diving, bird watching and island hopping. There are both whales and eagles in the immediate area around the cabin. Only 10 minutes to the ferry that goes to Kristiansund, where there is a water park, cinema, shopping centers and lots of attractions. Only 1 hour to the Atlantic Road. The house also has a small robot lying by the Røsvannet lake where you can fish trout. Guest access Parking spaces on the property. Other things to note It is possible to rent a larger fishing boat, SeaStar 720 with all equipment. NOK 1,500 per day/minimum 3 days. Booked when the house is booked.
