The space This is the upstairs unit of a historic home that has been converted into a triplex. Currently this is the only unit that is complete and occupied. Now includes a full-sized cookstove and oven. There is no laundry washer and dryer in the apartment and this amenity is not listed. There is however a laundromat nearby. The home is old and does not have central heating and cooling. There are three sufficient AC units currently cooling this unit. Guest access Door on the west side of the home with coded entry. This would be on the right hand side of the home, when facing the home. Follow the concrete path alongside the home to the door on the side of the home. Other things to note If you are looking for a luxury "resort style" home, this is not it. This is a nicely furnished and well thought out remodeled unit in a 102 year old home. It is clean, sanitary, and free from debris but it is an old house with its own unique character. The location is great if you are visiting for the Bourbon trail. We are now providing guest WIFI, however, we do not provide cable TV. The TV has internet streaming service for your use, where you can login to your own accounts on streaming apps.
