The bathroom upstairs has a large bath with overhead shower and there is an additional en-suite shower and toilet in the second bedroom. Borrowash is just off the A52 only a short drive to junction 25 of the M1 and Derby city centre. The area is surprisingly quiet and relaxing. There is a general shop and a chip shop within 2 minutes walking distance of the house. Other things to note Additionally, we require a £200 damage deposit as a security measure to safeguard both the interests of our guests and our establishment.
