Guest access EXCLUSIVE ACCESS Guests have full and private access to the entire rented house and all outdoor leisure areas (pool, gardens, and BBQ/Adega). We guarantee you will not share these spaces with any other guests. PARKING The property features secure indoor parking for up to 4 vehicles. Free public parking is also available right outside for any additional cars. SUPPORT AND PRIVACY My brother, Diogo, lives in an annex on the estate, featuring a completely independent entrance and access. He is typically away for work during the day, ensuring your absolute privacy. However, having him on-site is a great advantage, as he is readily available to provide quick assistance or immediate technical support should you ever need it. Other things to note To ensure your stay proceeds as smoothly as possible, please read the following points carefully: CAPACITY The strict maximum capacity of the property is 12 guests. Overnight stays by additional guests are not permitted. EVENTS AND GUESTS Hosting events (e.g., birthdays) that involve receiving external guests requires prior authorization. Event fees apply, and outdoor infrastructure (tableware and furniture) is limited to 12 people. POOL The pool heating system operates exclusively from June to September. NOISE As this is a rural residential area, it is mandatory to respect noise regulations, especially after 10:00 PM. SECURITY (CCTV) For the protection of the property, there are 24/7 active cameras directed exclusively at access zones and the perimeter (garage, surrounding walls, and roofs), safeguarding the complete privacy of guests in all leisure areas.
