Guest access Guests enjoy total exclusivity over the property and private access to all outdoor areas (pool, gardens, and barbecue). We guarantee there will be no other guests on-site. Parking: The inner parking area accommodates up to 4 vehicles. There are free public parking spaces outside for additional vehicles. Important Note: My brother, Diogo, resides in a completely independent unit within the estate boundaries. He is usually absent for professional reasons during the day, guaranteeing your total privacy, but is nearby to provide any necessary assistance. Other things to note To ensure your stay proceeds as smoothly as possible, please read the following points carefully: Capacity: The strict maximum capacity of the property is 12 guests. Overnight stays by additional guests are not permitted. Events and Guests: Hosting events (e.g., birthdays) that involve receiving external guests requires prior authorization. Event fees apply, and outdoor infrastructures (tableware and furniture) are limited to 12 people. Pool: The pool heating system operates exclusively during the months of June through September. Noise: As this is a rural residential area, compliance with noise regulations is mandatory, especially after 10:00 PM. Security (CCTV): For property protection, 24/7 cameras are directed exclusively at access and perimeter areas (garage, surrounding walls, and roofs), fully safeguarding guests' privacy in all leisure areas.
