The Cottage by the Sea, grade II listed

Guests have exclusive use of the main 2 bedroom cottage. There is a private entrance and the cottage is self contained with a private garden. The cottage is set in a quiet conservation area just a few minutes from the Sea. All facilities are on the ground floor. There is a beautiful patio garden. The beach front is a short stroll away. We can accommodate up to 5 guests No smoking property !!!! Sorry no pets allowed ! The space Guests have exclusive use of the main beautiful grade 11 listed cottage set in a quiet conservation area just minutes from the lovely Littlehampton seafront. The cottage is a spacious detached residence with vaulted ceilings set in beautiful grounds with all facilities on the ground floor. There is a large hallway with lots of space for a pushchair/buggy. There is a full bathroom with sunken bath&shower .There is also a seperate cloakroom with toilet &sink. There are two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a the option of a super king size bed or three single beds. The lounge has tv and a collection of DVDs and books. There is WiFi throughout. The cottage has been refurbished with new central heating and all kitchen appliances, there is a range cooker. There is a dining table &chairs in the kitchen. There is a freezer. There is a lovely private secure patio garden. There is a small summerhouse with a football table.. There is a barbecue and plenty of seating on the patio and in the garden. No smoking property !!! Sorry no pets allowed !!! Guest access There is a private entrance with spacious hallway. Leading to all of the main cottage and private patio and garden. Other things to note There is a freezer./dishwasher. A bath&shower . A highchair and travel cot if requested The cottage is cleaned to a high standard there is clean bedlinen, towels and tea towels provided. There are loo rolls & hand-soaps provided. The cottage is detached and you will not share the property with other people. Good size garden and two patios with plenty of seating . No smoking property. !!!!! Sorry no pets allowed !!!! We request a £200 damage deposit from guests which will be returned upon your departure hen ce no damage.
