The perfect house for large groups wanting to stay in a convenient location with total privacy. 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, large living area, awesome back patio and plenty of parking for trucks pulling trailers. AND, pets are welcome too! The space This home is located just off the Hal Rogers Parkway at exit 56 in Hazard. It is perfect for large groups visiting the area or the Leatherwood Offroad Park and the Mine Made Adventure Park. Such an awesome, spacious home that will allow everyone to relax and enjoy their time together while the kids have lots of room to play both inside and outside. Five bedrooms, two living areas, large kitchen, dining area and awesome back patio. The game room is great for the guys to have a man cave or the kids a space to play without disturbing other guests. It will also hold multiple blow-up mattresses for additional sleeping spaces. The circular driveway will hold multiple cars and trucks and you can see the layout in the additional photo section. It's about a 20-30 minute drive to the Mine Made Adventure Park and about a 45 minute drive to the Leatherwood Offroad Park. You cannot access any of these trails from the house and you must trailer back and forth. However, this location allows quick and easy access to all highways leading to both parks. Well worth the drive! Guest access Guests will have the entire home and yard to themselves. Other things to note This is a split level home and you must climb steps to reach the upper area and the lower area. The lower floor does have outdoor ground access for anyone who cannot climb steps. However, the kitchen, living room and dining room are on the upper level.
