This unique 3 story home is centrally located between Fremont and Newaygo it is also conveniently located near the dragon Trail and national forest for biking and riding off-road toys. You will enjoy fishing, bird watching, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding from the shores of Crystal Lake. The property has a private dock so feel free to rent a pontoon or bring your own boat. The space There is room for four cars to park. On the main level enjoy the master suite with king sized bed. Upstairs includes a bathroom, a room with a queen bed, and a room with a twin bed and trundle underneath. In the basement enjoy a room with a queen bed, a bedroom with a twin bed, as well as a nonconforming sixth bedroom with a full bed and twin bed.
