The Guest House near Shequaga Falls & Seneca Lake

Our home is a 430 sq.ft. guest house which we have lived in and enjoyed for the past year while renovating our 1842 farmhouse which is located next door. We are centrally located to many tourist attractions and small walkable towns including Watkins Glen, Horseheads, Montour Falls and Corning. We are located 25 minutes from Corning Glass Museum and 9 miles to the Seneca Lake wine trail. If you love to walk, bike, hike, shop, eat, drink, browse antiques or sit by waterfalls then come visit us! The space We are located in a quiet location. The house does sit along a small rural road. Traffic is not heavy but also not unusual during the summer months due to the proximity to Watkins Glen Speedway, Watkins Glen State Park, Montour Falls, Havana Glen State Park, Seneca Lake and the wine trail. Although we have two beds for a maximum of 4 people, our guest house is best suited for two people or a couple with small children. Guest access When you arrive at the guest house, please park directly in front of the front porch or to the right side. Our personal driveway is not to be used by guests which is located on the left of the guest house. Yard access is available to guests above the guest house as well (same side as parking). A folder will be located in the kitchen/living room area upon your arrival.
