This huge apartment has an elegant décor that is a mix of period and modern pieces, gorgeous moldings, electric burning fireplace, wifi, and a 40" smart TV are just some of the amenities. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, decorative fireplace and desk area. The living room sofa opens into queen bed with a memory foam mattress. Extra linens are stored in the closet. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with basic utensils/pans/dishes to prepare a meal if you desire to do so. The bathroom has a spacious tiled shower/jetted tub combination, and a stackable washer/dryer is located in the hall. The apartment also opens onto a large deck with a patio set; a peaceful place to relax in the morning with a cup of coffee. Outside the apartment, guest have access to the front porch that has a swing, and a large deck with a patio set in the rear. Parking for multiple cars is in the rear and close to the entrance of the apartment. If needed, I'm always available by phone or text, and the majority of the time, in the local area. My home is part of the Eufaula Historic District and only a couple of blocks from downtown. Most anything you need can be reached within a 15 minute walk. Sidewalks line most streets. If you are a nature lover and looking to do some walking, jogging, or even biking, Eufaula has a beautiful paved trail. Beginning downtown by the old depot/Chamber of Commerce, the trail extends for over 6 miles crossing over scenic Barbour Creek. Benches and points of interest are located along the way. Also within walking distance, Eufaula has two historic mansions, Fendall Hall and Shorter Mansion, open year round for touring.
