Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This new custom loft is located in the country between Cookeville and Sparta and just 5 miles from Burgess Falls. Our space is designed with you in mind. A new queen size bed, with a great space for working and fast internet make it a no brainer. The beautiful tile shower, coffee station and cozy reading corner will have you coming back to stay with us again and again. Just 15-20 minutes from I-40. **No animals due to severe allergies** The space Our private small loft is an upstairs efficiency with 15 stairs to climb to get to your home away from home! It is approximately 300 square feet of perfectly planned space. It has a Keurig, an electric kettle and a microwave/air fryer combination along with a small fridge and a toaster. It has a charging station at the table for phones, computers and other electronics and a great place to sit, relax or read and drink your coffee/tea. It has super-fast internet to accommodate your remote work needs. We are located 15 minutes from Sparta and Cookeville. We have lots of hiking all around us. And we offer ebikes with your stay! Burgess Falls is 10 minutes away, Scott's Gulf Wilderness State Park is 15 minutes away and Rock Island is just 30 minutes away with Fall Creek Falls and Cummins Falls only 45 minutes from us. A weekend of hiking and biking is just what the doctor ordered. We have also added an outdoor griddle for your stay and patio seating for your stay. Guest access We have added an outdoor propane griddle for your cooking convenience and outdoor seating to enjoy your coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. Other things to note The smoke detector is sensitive so if you use the new toaster, it might go off. There is a wooden dowel in the corner by the air conditioner behind the curtain. Just use it to push the button on the smoke alarm and this will turn it off! Please also note that we do not allow animals due to severe allergies in the family.
