TLC B&B | Cozy Finger Lakes Retreat

TLC B&B is a cozy stay in quiet Waterloo, New York, located on a peaceful dead-end street near downtown. Walk to a retro diner, shops, and local charm. Just minutes from Cayuga Lake and Seneca Lake, plus nearby kayak and canoe rentals. Perfect for relaxing getaways, wine tours, and exploring the Finger Lakes. The space I have a small salon with a separate entrance at TLC B&B, and I work very modest hours as I am semi retired. Generally, I do not work the weekends in the summer so other than lawn care if necessary, you would not see me. During the week, I only work a few hours in the afternoon a few days a week. However, if you need me for anything, I only live 10 minutes away Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the entire house. Two rooms are locked up as they are not finished rooms for guests to enter. They can also enjoy the backyard, which includes a fire pit, a designated seating area, and a gas grill. There’s also a hammock to enjoy in the shade.
