The house offers 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, an open kitchen/living area with exposed beams, a cozy gas fireplace stove, and a rustic barn den. Relax by the firepit. Dog-friendly and ideal for families or small groups. Near Acadia's Schoodic Peninsula. The space Apple Hill is a sun filled, beautifully restored farmhouse that blends timeless New England charm with modern comfort. Every room has been decorated to honor the home's vintage character. Inside, you'll find soaring 9-foot pine ceilings with exposed beams, a well-equipped kitchen, an inviting dining area, and a living room with a gas fireplace stove, perfect for gathering, relaxing or having fun singing along with the karaoke machine! The converted "cow shed" has been transformed into a cozy den with cathedral barn-wood ceilings and a Smart TV, perfect for movie nights or a quiet place to unwind. Step outside to enjoy meals on the patio, morning coffee, or evenings around the (gas) fire pit under Maine's incredible star-filled skies. The home's three bedrooms are located on the second floor and are charmingly decorated. One bedroom features two twin beds, another offers a double bed, and the primary bedroom includes a queen bed. All linens, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided. A full bathroom with a tub and shower is also located on this floor. Whether you're here for coastal adventures or relaxation, Apple Hill is a place to slow down, reconnect, and experience the timeless charm of Downeast Maine. Guest access Guests have full access to the home. The only exception is the attached outside shed in back. The house accommodates up to 6 with three bedrooms and two baths, and welcomes one dog under 50lbs. Parking for two/three vehicles is included, and entry is via a key lockbox with a unique code.
