Other things to note Please note: 1- This unit includes two tall interior steps without handrails. Guests with mobility limitations, balance concerns, or knee or hip problems may find them challenging. 2- The unit does not have a separate AC system or thermostat. It is cooled by the home’s central air conditioning, which is automatically controlled by a thermostat based on the indoor temperature. When needed, the system turns on automatically to keep the space comfortable. A portable fan is also provided for your comfort and convenience.
