Our Home has three available bedrooms and we are happy to accommodate entire families or groups. The rental price includes one room and a private bath for two persons. Limit of two guests per room. Additional persons require a second room. Come stay in our unique and beautiful cottage style home out in Flint, Texas. Enjoy the beautiful garden and yard under a grand shade tree. We are located about 15 minutes away from Tyler. Come enjoy all that East Texas has to offer from the great outdoors in Tyler State Park, to the grand Rose Festival and less than an hour drive to Canton's First Monday Trade Days! We have 3 comfortable guest rooms that can accommodate just a couple to a larger group of 6. Our largest guest room is a master bedroom and bath with a beautiful crib and rocking chair for families with young children. Please let us know which room(s) you would like to reserve when booking! We also have Internet connection you may use. Guest are welcome to relax in either the living room, den, dining room or in any of the comfortable outdoor spaces including a easy access treehouse. We will love visiting with you over breakfast or anytime. But we respect your privacy. You are close to town but you feel like you’re in the country. Best of both. You will need a car but it is easy to get around and Uber is available. We love to hear what you would like for you special home cooked breakfast. Fresh eggs from our chickens are always a treat.
