Surrounded by nature and yet only about 5 km from Kaiserslautern and approx. 16 km from Ramstein Airbase, the apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. Field and hiking trails can be reached on foot. The perfect location for singles, couples, business travelers and families. It is a self-contained and private apartment in the basement of a detached house. A separate entrance leads to the quiet apartment. The bright and spacious living-dining room with floor-to-ceiling window elements (facing south), offers a smart TV with cable connection, free Wi-Fi, internet radio and a cozy sofa bed, as well as a nice dining area and a desk for working. The sunny, wind-protected and partly covered terrace with comfortable lounge furniture and the adjoining garden with pond and a sunbathing lawn invite you to relax and linger. Other highlights include an attractive, modern grill area that rounds out the cozy, relaxing atmosphere of our apartment. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor area. Parking right in front of the house is free. No pets allowed. Since we live in the same house, we are always there for your questions and concerns.
