ROSTAGNI 1834 villa is a privately owned mansion carefully renewed and restored, partly as a private house and partly as a holiday home. Two independent apartments, swimming pool with solarium, garden and two outdoor dining areas, which can accommodate up to 6 adults with their children. Just a few minutes from the village of Novello, ideal for couples, small groups and families. The owners are available to organise tours and activities: wine tasting, outdoors, yoga, massages, home chef. The space Fully South exposed and nestled within vineyards, woodland and hazelnuts trees Casa Rostagni is a farmhouse from 1834 revisited today with devotion and delicate attention to every detail, trying to preserve the labor of the local craftsmen while adding comfort, a touch of our personal taste and modern design, in the attempt to retain its original heart and soul while winking to modern times. We are 25 Km from Alba, main city of the Langhe area today listed as UNESCO world heritage site since 2014, and only a little drive away from the most pictoresque villages of the Barolo or the Barbaresco wine regions: Monforte d’Alba, Barolo , Castiglione Falletto, Serralunga d’Alba, La Morra, Barbaresco or Neive. Also, by one hour drive you can enjoy a day trip to Torino, the Alps or the Italian Riviera if you like. Turin airport is about one hour from us while Milano Malpensa airport is about 1.30 hour drive. We are tucked away in a small hamlet of four houses , minutes away from Novello and fully embraced by nature, with relaxing open gardens and a pool for everyone to enjoy…and our outdoor areas has been designed to give to all our guests both privacy and/or a nice time all together around our homely table. We have two apartments . They are completely independent but if you want you can rent both . THE FIRST ONE This one bedroom apartment with independent access and entrance has a king size bed (or two twins of 90 cm. of length on request), an open space living room, a nice bathroom and a mezzanine level that can be used as studio, relaxing area or kids bedroom. Two big windows will enrich the interiors with natural light during your entire stay while if you’ll prefer to spend more time outside a chestnut arbor, our pool, our gardens with BBQ area and the courtyard will be at your complete disposal. THE SECOND ONE This apartment is 80 sqm: it consisting of living room with a little terrace, one double bedroom (with king or twin beds), a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a king size double bed (180x200), a bathroom and a kitchen fully equipped. The bedroom is equipped with a king size double bed, two types of pillow . It is possible to add a small cradle for children under two years old. The second double bed is located on a mezzanine, also king size and divided into two single 90 cm beds. The bathroom is equipped with thermofurniture, personal hygiene products, first aid kits. During your entire stay while if you’ll prefer to spend more time outside a chestnut arbor, our pool, our gardens with BBQ area and the courtyard will be at your complete disposal. Parking areas are fully available. If you are a foodie you’ll find everything you’ll need in the kitchen: microwave and traditional oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso espresso machine, blender/mixer and all the cutlery and tools you may need. Washing machine, iron and iron board, clotheshorse, cleaning and washing products are also available and the entire property is fully covered with wifi. International and national TV channels are visible on TV.
