Mo’s Cozy Place

My home is a place of comfort and peace. I take pride in keeping it clean but at the same time comfortable. It's a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom house. The bedrooms and the full bathroom are upstairs. The guest bedroom (your bedroom) in the photos. Everything else downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped. The grill in the backyard is ready to go. The place is well ventilated with 2 air purifying system in place. There is an AC unit upstairs and another one downstairs. The heating system is central. Guest access The host will give access to the property to the guest(s) in person. The host will be present at the time of arrival to give a tour of the place. The host lives in this house. There are no other renters. The door stays unlocked for the duration of the stay so the guest(s) can travel in and out of the property freely for the duration of their stay. There is no key, key fob, digital (code) entry. The safety of the property and the guest(s) is guaranteed by the security cameras around the property. During your stay The host is living in the property. The host gives the initial tour of the place. The guests make the choice of the level of interactions after that. The host can interact in a more friendly or a more professional depending on the preference of the guests. The host requires 2-3 hours of advanced notice for the arrival time of the guests.
