A lovely twin bedroom with private bathroom in a Grade II listed town house in Littlehampton. Chichester, Arundel and Goodwood are within easy reach. The house is three minutes’ walk from Littlehampton station and easy walking distance from the town centre where there are supermarkets, restaurants and pubs. The river Arun is just across the road from the house and a ten minute stroll along the newly constructed river walk leads to Littlehampton’s safe swimming beach. The space The space is a pretty twin Bedroom with private but separate bathroom, which has a large walk-in shower and separate bath. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Continental breakfast is served in the kitchen which overlooks the walled garden and can be taken outside in fine weather. Guest access There is a comfortable sitting room that is available to guests should they wish. During your stay This is my home and I will be here to greet guests when they arrive and I will be available to give help and advice. I will be here to serve breakfast.
