Welcome to your cozy Florida retreat in Wesley Chapel! This private 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite is attached to our family home and has its own private entrance. You’ll enjoy your own comfortable space, but please note that as with many attached suites, normal household sounds from the main home may occasionally be heard. We want to be transparent so guests can choose the space that best fits their expectations. The space This is a fully private 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest suite attached to the main house, with its own private entrance. You’ll have your own kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living space, with no shared areas. The suite offers a comfortable and private stay; however, as with many attached homes, normal household sounds from the main house may occasionally be heard. Note: On-street parking in front of the house is limited to 1 car. Guest access Guests have complete private access to the guest suite, including a private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, laundry area, and living space. No areas of the main house are shared. Guests are welcome to enjoy their private space and the convenience of the suite while respecting that it is an attached guest accommodation. While the suite is private, normal household sounds from the main home may occasionally be heard. If complete silence is essential to your stay, this may not be the best fit. Free on-street parking is available directly in front of the house for one vehicle only. This suite accommodates a maximum of 2 adults. Children and infants are not permitted. Reservations exceeding the maximum occupancy cannot be accommodated.
