Just minutes from downtown Waupaca, enjoy the best of lake life with nearby dining, outdoor activities, and plenty of space to relax! The space Bedroom 1: Main level. King bed. Closet for storage. Bedroom 2: Main level. One Queen bed. Closet for storage. Bedroom 3: Main level. One Queen bed. Closet for storage. Bedroom 4: Main level. 2 Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Closet for storage. Full Bathroom 1: Main level. Standup shower. Full Bathroom 2: Finished basement. Full bathtub. Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers are also available. Smart TV's, white noise machines, room darkening shades, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom. All Smart TVs are set up in guest mode so you can login to your preferred streaming services! Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and dishes. The dining area seats six, with additional six seats at the kitchen island. Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided! Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! A drip coffee maker and Keurig are available, and we provide a starter set of k-cups, ground coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, and stevia. Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the entry closet. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing board are also available. $250 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $250 per animal. Pet owners must clean up the property after taking their pet outside. A $25 fee will be applied to reservations that require additional cleaning outside after pets. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), and outdoor spaces. Other things to note The grill is located outside by the lakeside deck and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located on the lower level patio. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning. Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest. Kayak and paddleboard paddles are located behind the deck box on the lower patio. Please make sure the paddles are returned to this spot when done enjoying them!
