This place gives a rustic feel with the best of modern amenities! Rent for the weekend or stay with us for a while- we would love to host your family and show you the ropes! The space First Floor- Full Kitchen- Our kitchen space has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven range, coffee bar, and pantries stocked with basic cleaning supplies and other small appliances Living space- Full couch, loveseat, and rocking recliner with large TV and 6 seat dining table Bedroom #1 (Master)- This bedroom features a large king size bed, large closet, full dresser, TV, a pack-n-play, and a full size toddler bed (that can be moved to any room within the space). Bedroom #2- This bedroom features a Queen size bed, a desk, TV, and a full closet. Bedroom #3- This bedroom features a Queen size bed, TV, and a full closet. Bedroom #4- This bedroom features a Queen size bed, TV, and a full closet. Bathroom #1- This full bathroom with walk in shower, double vanity sink, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, makeup cloths, and additional storage space is located within the Master bedroom Bathroom #2- This second full size bathroom on the first floor with full size tub, double vanity sinks, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, makeup cloths, large closet and storage space Laundry room- Full laundry room has both a washer and dryer and full size Utility Room sink Second Floor (Basement)- Full Kitchen- This second full kitchen within the house features a full size fridge, microwave, sink, and storage space Living space- Full Sectional couch, TV, and 6 seater kitchen table Bedroom #5- This bedroom features a Full size bed with pull out Twin size trundle bed, TV, and full size dresser Bathroom #3- Full size bathroom with walk in shower and single vanity sink, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, and makeup cloths Game Room- This space features a dart board, pool table, air hockey table, board games, foosball table, karaoke machine, and additional folding tables and chairs Outdoor Space- This space features a propane grill, firepit and full outdoor table for seating Full Water and Electric hookup also available for RVs and campers! Lots of parking available for all vehicles and all-terrain vehicles Guest access Guest Access: Guests have access to both floors in the home and all the amenities listed above. There is one utility and storage room in the basement that is locked and off limits to guests. Other things to note This quiet neighborhood is the perfect depiction of the small town feel! Just a few minutes walk to the quaint downtown space featuring multiple coffee shops like “The Market by Midwest Prime,” “Dalle de Verre,” the Oak Grove Country Club and Golf Course, multiple boutique shops for florals and clothing, and local parks and pickleball courts. Major shopping, grocery stores and other restaurants are a quick 20 minute drive to West Lafayette and major shopping areas and additional options for food in Lafayette are an additional 15 minutes as well! Only 25 minutes from the best popular Purdue University spots like Mackey Arena, Ross-Ade Stadium, Harry’s Chocolate Shop, and Elliot Hall of Music. Badlands Off Road Park in Attica and Explorations Acres in Lafayette are within an hour drive and are fun for the whole family! A quick trip north on I-65 to Fair Oaks Farms or south on I-65 to Indianapolis. House Rules: No Smoking or illegal substances- This behavior of any kind will not be tolerated No Pets- Please contact us ahead of time if you have a registered service animal No Parties (While we are fine with hosting the whole family and small celebrations, our property should not be used for large gatherings including weddings) No climbing on structures within the home- Our home has bedrooms that feature shelf space above our pantries and closets. Do not climb where signs are posted. Cleaning- Please keep our space tidy and clean up any messes Damages & Repairs- Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear and must notify the host promptly to resolve the issue Check In- 3pm Check Out- 11am (Early check in may be accommodate with request if availability allows) Outdoor space- Please respect the property and surrounding neighboring properties. Open flame is restricted to the fire pit. Please note- while the home can host the whole family, the home is not child proof and there are open stairways.
