On the middle level, the social heart of the home unfolds with an open-concept kitchen boasting a massive wood-topped island and a gorgeous banquet dining table. This main living area also provides a Queen sleeper sofa for additional guests and a second full bathroom with heated floors. The walk-out lower level functions as a flexible garden suite with two twin beds, a third full bathroom, and a dedicated laundry room, offering direct access to the lush backyard trails.
