This apt is only a quick 15 min drive to the beautiful beaches of St. Johns, FL and is very close to many restaurants and shops. The 2 BR 2 BA apt is perfect for small families or couples and sleeps up to 6. The space This plush getaway will leave you in awe with its carefully picked amenity list. The apartment is located on the 1st floor. Wood floors extend throughout the living area and kitchen. The living area combines the living and the dining room with the kitchen, creating a contemporary open concept design space. The pool and gym is available to our guests, but you may NOT invite anyone other than those staying with you to use it. Since we do not control this part of the community, no refunds or credits will be made to reservations if the pool/gym is not available, whether for routine maintenance, closure for the season, or ANY other issue. Abusing these privileges may result in eviction from the property. Please feel free to reach out to us before your stay if you have questions about availability. In addition to the amenities listed above the unit has access to the Beachwalk lagoon for $25/per day per person. This is a separate amenity located about 3 mins offsite. Please reach out to us at least 24 hours in advance if access is needed. Anything in the apt is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! IF PARKED IN RESERVED SPOT YOUR VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT YOUR EXPENSE. This is an apartment complex with other residents living there. Please be respectful to everyone and if any guest is found to be disrespectful to other residents their reservation will be terminated and no refund will be given. This is a non-smoking community and smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited included e-cigarettes/vapes etc. If caught smoking outside in the community there is a $250 fine. Please make sure you read all of the house rules if any of the house rules are violated there will be a minimum of $1000 fee assessed which includes smoking of any kind or bringing unauthorized pets. Guest access You can access the apartment any time after 4pm by using the smart lock on the door. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Other things to note Please do not put the valet trash out on Friday or Saturday. Also if the valet trash can is not back inside the apt by 9am the building can fine us $25 which will be charged to the guest that caused the fine. For any stays less than 30 days we advise to NOT send anything to the property via US postal service. If you request deliveries through other carriers please advise to deliver to the front door only. If a delivery comes to the mailbox and your stay is less than 30 days we can not guarantee you will receive it during your stay and are not responsible for any mail/package that are lost or stolen.
