A cozy 20 square meters apartment, perfect for two people, located on the first floor of a 15th-century building (recently renovated and equipped with an elevator) that has housed local artisans and merchants for centuries. There are steps to access the elevator and the apartment. The property is located just meters from Piazza Maggiore, the city's most central square, on one of Bologna's most characteristic and ancient streets. The accommodation consists of a kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. The space The accommodation is organized as follows: - KITCHENETTE with induction stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, electric kettle, and various utensils; - BATHROOM with walk-in shower, sink, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer; - BEDROOM with double bed. OTHER AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Free Wi-Fi, split air conditioning, heating, clothes drying rack, and coat rack. A crib is available upon request (for a fee).
