Dont worry about lugging up food! we have jensens market walking distance from the house. Guest access ONLY PARK ON MY DECK..DO NOT PARK ON THE STREET OR IN NEIGHBORS PARKING AREAS. YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED IF YOU PARK ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES THE ASSIGNED PARKING. during the winter months, please be aware that it does snow. often times it may snow prior to your stay and I am unable to make it up to clear snow. there are steps that leed down to the house from the parking deck and it's possible those steps could be covered with snow Other things to note This is the mountains, and there are friendly critters that roam the property including bears, they are scaredy cats just shoo them off if you see them , please dont leave food out. If you bring your dogs, Please keep an eye on them if outside, and keep them inside.. I dont want any pups running away, and we have coyotes up here. I can no longer allow dogs that shed (let me know the breed of your dog, as a recent guest failed to clean up the dog hair that was everywhere, and it took me HOURS to clean (yes there is a cleaning fee..that fee is for the cost in gas it takes me to drive up after every guest to make sure they left it in good condition and to wash bedding and towels.. please respect that I am not a maid.. leave the house as it was. if you plan on bringing your dog, you must let me know. no leaving pets unattended...if you leave lock them up in the laundry room or on the deck, they are not allowed upstairs when you are not with them. also, I recently had some not favorable mentions about the comfort of the master bed.. it use to be amazing and I guess it died, but as of Feb 25 2024, I have a new bed Registration number CESTRP-2021-00115
