Have a large group (traveling professionals, etc.) inquire about our other homes that may be available on CatalpaCorner for your home away from home together-ish stay:) Your home, 293B, is the upstairs 1200 sq. ft. apartment home of the main house, featuring a dedicated parking space, a private entrance with keypad entry leading to a character-filled foyer, and a beautiful, slightly winding staircase that adds charm to this 2-bedroom, extremely spacious sanctuary. (Please be mindful that some steps are narrow and steep). Your home is turnkey; the only thing you will need to bring is what you're eating & drinking! We provide the following essentials upon check-in and when optional cleaning/restocking is requested: 5 rolls of Toilet Paper 5 trash bags per can 5 dishwasher tabs 5 laundry pods/dryer sheets Refill on dishwasher rinse aid if needed 1 Roll of paper towels Clorox cleaning wipes Window foam cleaner Refill of shampoo/conditioner/body wash (if desired) Salt/pepper/sugar shaker Olive oil dispenser And of course, if there is anything in particular that you may need for your extended stay that we haven’t thought of, reach out and we will see what we can do! Pets stay FREE (fully housebroken, well-behaved, leashed when outdoors, crated when unaccompanied). Doggie waste bags provided (YOU MUST CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET; outdoor spaces are shared). Guest access You have access via keypad entry to the entire upstairs home and your designated (293B) parking space directly to the right of your entrance (you can fit 2 vehicles if necessary just make sure to park directly in line as to not block the exit/entrance for 293A 🙏, for the entirety of your stay (see additional photos). There is a locked door leading to a back stairwell in the laundry area: to be used for emergency purposes only. The pantry in the dining room area has cleaning supplies, etc. It has a child-proof chain lock on the door; however, you are able to access it with responsible, reasonable use. Push the button on the top of the non-chain side and hold while sliding the chain up and out to unlock. Other things to note When booking for a monthly stay, Airbnb considers 28 days to be a month as far as the discount and billing is concerned. They will charge for the first month first then month to month after that.
