Just to be clear, there is not a beach in sight. Everyone kept saying it looks like a Beach House. So the name stuck. Huge open living area. Open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Plenty of room for work and play. 3 bedrooms (four beds). One bath. Large laundry room. Corner lot with attached carport/ patio area. Plenty of off road parking. Great place for families, workers, and vacationing. The space 3 bedrooms. Two rooms have queen beds and one room has two twin beds. 75” smart TV and small smart TV in one bedroom. Guest access The whole property is included with rental. Other things to note No pets. No smoking inside.
