With calm creek access to the Potomac River, cozy gathering spaces, and fast WiFi, Vista Cove is designed for relaxing family getaways and waterfront weekends with friends. The space Vista Cove at Presley Creek is a private waterfront home designed to bring people together while still feeling calm and spacious. The living room features a large sectional and oversized TV, creating a comfortable space for movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day outside. Large windows and sliding doors connect the indoor spaces to the water-facing outdoor areas. Outside, the property is centered around the waterfront experience: • Private dock • Waterfront pergola lounge • Fire pit overlooking the creek • Outdoor dining and seating areas • Paddle-boards and water hammock • Spacious yard surrounded by trees and nature Enjoy our small sandy shoreline along Presley Creek—perfect for wading, launching kayaks, and relaxing by the water (water levels vary with the tide). The calm water and peaceful setting make the home ideal for families, couples, and guests looking to slow down and enjoy the outdoors. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable for both families and groups, with gathering spaces designed to encourage connection while still allowing room to spread out. Guest access Guests will have full access to the home, yard, deck with pergola and private dock during their stay. Enjoy the waterfront with direct access to Presley Creek—perfect for kayaking, paddleboarding, swimming, and relaxing by the water. The dock and fire pit area are available for guest use. The property includes paddleboards and water gear for use at your own risk. Life jackets are recommended, especially for children. Please note: access is limited to the main home and outdoor areas. The garage and any locked storage areas are not included. Other things to note This is a quiet, waterfront property surrounded by nature. You may encounter bugs, wildlife, and natural elements typical of the area, especially in warmer months. The home is on well water and septic, so we ask guests to be mindful of usage during their stay. The dock and waterfront areas are for enjoyment but can be slippery or uneven. Please use caution, especially with children, and note that all water activities are at your own risk. Cell service can vary by carrier, but WiFi is provided throughout the home. This is a peaceful area—perfect for relaxing and unwinding—but not suited for parties or large events.
