Old stone and wood house isolated in the middle of the forest, totally self-sufficient and ecological. It has two fireplaces (dining room and living room) and a barbecue. It is lit with solar energy and the water flows directly from our fountain. It has central heating (radiators). A tribute to sustainability. The space - Capacity 6 people. It is rented as a whole. (For 8 people, it can be rented with "El Forn de La Pegatera": Tiny house of 22 square meters for 2 people). - Useful area: 200sqm - Isolated property. - Water flows directly from a mine in the mountain (not sanitarily treated). - Light generated by solar energy. Candles included in the price. - Hot water, stove, oven (butane) and fridge/freezer. - Barbecue, firewood is included in the price. - The house is heated with central diesel heating and two wood fireplaces (included in the price). - Private pool (May, June, July, August, September, October) with lounge chairs and seating area. It is shared with the owners and with the guests who may be in the Tiny House. You can use it under your full responsibility. The property is not responsible for any damages, accidents or injuries that people or animals may suffer during their use. Pets are not allowed in the bath. - Pets are allowed. If you are accompanied by more than one, from the second, there is a supplement of €15 per pet for a full stay. Please keep them on the ground floor of the house and collect their droppings. No swimming in the pool. - Non-smoking house - Mobile coverage (no wifi) - Dining room with fireplace/barbecue - Kitchen with all the dishes and all the necessary utensils. - Washing machine. - Living room with fireplace with heat recovery. - A bedroom with two single beds. - A bedroom with a double bed and a baby crib. - A bedroom/attic with two single beds. - Two bathrooms with shower. - Era/patio with outdoor furniture and barbecue (firewood is included in the price). Other things to note As you head into the dirt road leading into the house, you will be understanding all the magic that the natural environment conveys in La Pegatera. Surrounded by oak forests, oaks and pine trees, you will only see and hear nature. Virgin nature without human intervention. A 20 minute drive away, you will find a river with gorgs to swim in. It is 1 hour from Andorra and Tremp. You can visit La Seu d 'Urgell, get to know "The Dinosaurs Route, "Els Castells de Frontera", the Romanic Route, the Pantà de Sant Antoni... Your pets are welcome at La Pegatera. If you are accompanied by more than one, from the second, there is a supplement of €15 per pet for a full stay. Please do not let them climb on beds and sofas and collect their droppings from the yard and surroundings. For their own good, they can't be left alone in the house or in the barn, or bathed in the pool. We can offer you a daycare service for your pets. (Once we know them, we reserve the right to do or not to do the service). Half day €25, full day €35. Tourist tax (€2 per person per night) is not included in the price.
