On the veranda there is outdoor furniture, a 3-meter dining table and 12 dining chairs and a grill. Inside you can seat 12 people and there are 2 wood-burning stoves, as well as a heat pump. There is also an electric car charger and good parking at the house. Welcome to a pleasant stay in beautiful surroundings. The space If you want to take family and friends on adventures and get close to nature, experience fishing and life on the shore in charming surroundings, this is the place to be. In Winter season you can enjoy the great opportunity to make it downhill on a toboggan. Our cozy house is a place where the extended family can gather and create shared experiences and take home some wonderful memories. The house stands just 100 meters from the shoreline, and here you have access to a paddle board, 2 easily handling rowing boats, a Pioner 8 and a Kaisla 13 feet. Please note that there is no engine for the boats. The smallest boat can be handled by the youngest children 6 years of age. There are life jackets in several sizes (from 15 – 100 kilos) available. In addition to this we also have fishing gear for complimentary use. You will also have Access to a lean where you can make a bon fire, 50 meters above the house and by the shoreline, at the shoreline you also find garden chairs and table. If you would like to sleep outside or inside the lean during your stay you can bring your sleeping bag and sleeping pad. There is also five hammocks for you to try out. The house comprises of the following rooms: • Ground floor: large hall, laundry room with toilet, washbasin and washing machine, cool pantry, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove and wood burning oven. • Livingroom (1) with large dining table that seats 12 guests, small table and a sofa, wood – burning oven as well as a heating pump. • Livingroom (2) has a sofa bed, small table, lots of Lego, family games and other toys and TV. Please note that there is no door to close between living room 1 and living room 2. The Windows has blends. • 1st floor: Bathroom with toilet and shower, and 5 bedrooms. Please note that 1 of the bed are mainly for kids to use, please families with the bedroom solutions by study the pictures. Note: To get access to bedroom 3 you need to walk trough bedroom 4. The house has been tastefully decorated to provide a modern, yet authentic Norwegian getaway. It has everything you need for a relaxing short break or longer vacation away from the city. There is plenty of space outdoors for our youngest guest with a trampoline and children`s play equipment. There is a comfortable seating area with table and chairs for up to 12 persons. The outside area also has a small Weber barbeque and a wood-fired fireplace. We look forward to welcoming you to this charming home from home. Guest access Apart from the house our guest will have Access to a big garden, play equipment and trampoline, terrace, shoreline and boats. You will also have access to a lean with bonfire opportunities. Please note: to Access the biggest boat you need to handle an aggregate and a winch , the boat is stored on a boat trailer ready to be launched.
