Peach Tree Inn is a new boutique inn in downtown Cobden, IL — transformed from a long-vacant bank building into a vibrant retreat by the owners of Flamm Orchards, a generational peach farm nearby. Unit 1 is our ADA-compliant suite, designed for accessible comfort with a roll-in shower, grab bars, and wider doorways throughout. The property also features a lobby lounge, shared laundry, and an outdoor patio. Keyless entry makes self-check-in effortless. Whole-building rental also available. Other things to note Individual suites are only available on weekends up to 21 days in advance. No Pets allowed A rental agreement is required with ID verification within 48 hours of booking or before entry, whichever is first. Noise from other guests may be present. Quiet hours from 11PM -7AM. Check-in is any time after 3 PM, and check-out is before 10 AM.
