The Property Designed to comfortably accommodate 6 guests with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. this fully renovated home combines modern amenities with cozy cottage charm. The open-concept layout features a bright living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space while showcasing the beautiful views of the river, surrounding farmland and pasturing cows. This is truly a four-season retreat. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to all living areas of the home, as well as the rear portion of the garage. The basement and the front section of the garage are not accessible to guests, as these areas are reserved for the property owner personal belongings. Access to these areas may only be required in the event of a maintenance issue, such as a tripped breaker, water leak, mechanical or electrical problem, or other urgent property-related matter. Guests do not have access to the owners boat. Please do not stand on the boat or boat lift. Other things to note Quiet Hours: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM. Please be respectful of our neighbours, as many work 6–7 days a week and start their day early. If you plan to stay up past 11:00 PM, please keep conversations and music indoors and close all windows to help minimize noise. The property is on a well drawn from the river – there is a filtration system and UV light that treats the water for brushing teeth and showering – Do not drink the water from the home. Only (24) 500 ml bottles of water and (2) 4-liter bottles are provided for drinking, coffee, ice cubes, tea. Remember to Bring: • Bottled Water • Water shoes • Bug spray • Beach towels (we supply bath towels) • Firewood • Fishing rod • Flash light Ferry to Montebello, Quebec is located 1km away – you can take the ferry to Montebello for shopping, restaurants, nature trails. Recommend Omega Park. You'll have the opportunity to encounter nearly twenty animal species living in habitats including Deer, Elk, Caribou, Wolf, Bison, Bear and more. Tip; Bring a bag of carrots to feed the deer and elk as they will come right up to your vehicle. If you enjoy sandy beaches and swimming, L'Orignal Beach is just a 10–15 minute drive east and is a great spot to spend the day.
