Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests. The space The loft area is perfectly suited as a play area for children, and it has garnered a lot of positive reviews from our smaller guests. Guest access We have our own fenced yard, which guests can freely use. Our sunny patio is perfect for enjoying breakfast and an evening barbecue. Other things to note The nearest bus stop is about 100 meters away, so you can easily reach the city center. The nearest grocery store is only a few hundred meters away (NOTE: currently clowed because of reconstruction, will re-open in winter 2026).
