Welcome to Warren, a "Safe & Clean City" and also the largest city in Metro Detroit! This lower level flat is conveniently located just minutes north of Detroit & less than a mile away from i696. Get right to work at the desk work station or kick back and relax on the couch. Off the living room is the basement door, which will take you to the laundry/storage area and a sliding glass door which will take you to the fully fenced backyard, with an outdoor patio and gas fire pit. Walk through the living room into the beautifully renovated kitchen, stocked with all the essentials you will need to cook your favorite meals at home. Off the Kitchen is the hallway leading to the bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom is setup with a private closet & drawers. One bedroom has a Queen bed, one bedroom has a Trundle bed setup with 2 twin beds. Back through you the Kitchen you can enter the dining room, with a dining table setup for 6. Finally, you'll enter the King-Sized Master Bedroom, setup a large closet, dresser, and TV. The total space is around 1300sqft. There are 3 bedrooms, a King, Queen, and 2 twin sized bed. The living room couch is being considered as a sleeping area, but we are happy to accommodate an additional fold out queen mattress. There is 1 bathroom and a basement with private laundry. There is private backyard access and additional storage in the basement. ★LONG TERM BOOKINGS★ Please note that we may require a signed lease for guests who will stay 28 days or more. ★ PET-FRIENDLY HOME★ This unit is pet-friendly, and we charge a $150 fee per pet. Please make sure your reservation reflects the correct number of pets so the payment is automatically processed. Any non-approved pets will incur a $500 fine, and failure to disclose pets may result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund. Guest access Guests have access to driveway parking, which can accommodate up to 6 vehicles. Other things to note This is a lower level flat. While there are guests in the upper flat, each unit is 100% private from each other. Nothing is shared between these 2 units! The backyard is only available to this unit (not shared). The backyard is fully fenced. One bedroom has a Trundle bed setup (see pics). There are 2 twin mattresses on the trundle bed. The living room couch pulls out into a Queen Bed. ★SECURITY CAMERAS AND RECORDING DEVICES ★ A Ring doorbell with a camera is installed at the front door for safety. It only monitors the exterior entryway and is active 24/7. There are no cameras inside the property, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
