This is a private room rental in a shared basement setting. The basement features cozy accommodations with access to common areas (Kitchen, Licing Room, Bathroom, Laundry Room). Guest Access & Privacy Please note that the basement common areas—including the single shared bathroom—are co-ed and shared among guests. My family lives completely separate upstairs, so you will have your own space, but you may encounter other travelers in the basement hallway or bathroom. Each bedroom features secure keypad locks for your privacy. Your room includes a personal shower caddy with fresh linens and toiletries. Guest access All unlocked spaces are available for use including the Linens closet if extra linens are needed and the Cleaning Supplies closet which has a vacuum, broom, swiffer mop, cleaners and disinfectant wipes. During your stay We love meeting new people but completely respect your privacy—we are happy to chat or let you enjoy your space in peace! Your room is located in our walk-out basement. Access is entirely private via a set of stairs in the backyard. The backyard features a patio that you are welcome to use, which may occasionally be shared with us. Please note that while your specific bedroom features a secure keypad lock, the hallway bathroom and indoor common areas are shared with guests staying in the other two bedrooms. We live upstairs and are always just an Airbnb message away if you need local recommendations, extra supplies or anything at all!
