Welcome to MEVEFI SISTER HOUSE, a wonderful Villa, consisting of two separate appartments with 150 and 120 square meters respectively, situated in a secure and quiet neighborhood close by the sea in Bofa Kilifi County, Kenya. It is a convenient 45 minutes car ride from Mombasa and Malindi Airport - and just a 3 minutes walk to one of the most beautiful and clean beaches in Kenya. The Villa is fully furnished, and ready for your stay. You can rent one appartment or the whole Villa. The space The Villa houses 2 appartments (150 and 120 square meters respectively). The larger appartment has 4 bedrooms, the smaller appartment has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom and each appartment a fully equipped, ready to use kitchen. The Villa can be used for all occasions from holidays to family celebrations like weddings to educational or creative workshops to spiritual retreats to business meetings. The Villa is secured by an alarm system, connected to a local private Security Company with 24/7 surveillance and security guards who check on-site in case an alarm goes off. House maid is available and included. She can wash your cloth, for which she will charge extra. Cook is available upon request and charges according to your meal requests. Driver can be booked separately at a rate of 3.000 Kenya Shillings per day (7:00-19:00h). Maid, Cook and Driver speak English fluently. The Villa is surrounded by a beautiful green park with mango trees, rubber trees, coconut palmtrees and more. The estate provides ample space and equipment to hammock and relax in nature, barbecue or play badminton or volleyball. A Pavillion provides shadow during the hot midday hours and can serve as an outside space for meals, barbecues, table games, and small venues of all kinds. Up to 40 people can be seated in the pavillion, leaving space for a small stage for presentations or the like. Guest access The Villa is the center of an Estate of 2 acres (20.000 square meters) in total, which is surrounded by a stone wall. You will enter through a solid metal gate, disarm the alarm system, unlock a metal-bars-enforced security door and finally open the wooden front door. You as tenant are free to come and go at any time of the day and night Other things to note IMPORTANT Catering services are not included in the Prices indicated. A Cook can be hired upon request at an additional fee that will be suggested based on the specifics of your request (such as quantity, quality, exclusivity). Kindly note that you are to pay the cook directly for the services offered. Driving services are not included in the Prices indicated. A driver can be hired upon request at an additional fee of 2.000-3.000 KSh per day, i.e. from 7:00 to 19:00, for a basic car. Prices for bigger cars and Jeeps go up to 5.000 KSh. Kindly note that you are to pay the driver directly for the services offered. Doctors/ Hospitals: There are 2 Hospitals at Kilifi: "Kilifi Clinic" and "Wanainchi Clinic". Doctors and staff speak English. Police station: Kilifi County Police Station, Bofa Road, Kilifi, Kenya (at the junction of Bofa Road and Kilifi Malingi Road) - approximately 8 minutes by car from the Mevefi Sister House. Pool: big pool can be used at the Hotel, that is only 5 min. away. The pool can be used for 300 KES per day.
