Established in 1901, south west of Sugar Land, the Tri-C Ranch, continues the cow calf ranching operation for which it was established. Fishing welcome in the 2.5 acre, stocked with bass and catfish. Fishing pond is located right across from the Hopkins House. Children must be supervised by an adult at the pond. Guest are more than welcome to stop by and visit the ponies. They love treats, 2 treats per pony (weight issues). Other things to note EV charging for electric vehicles located in the driveway on the right side just passed the pump house. The ranch is home to the KK Cattle Company. Cattle work continues year round. Fall is actively engaged in baling hay for the winter months and shipping calves to market. Winter is a time for supplemental hay feeding. Spring is a second shipping season for markets, and fertilizing. Please use the left drive and park to the left. For large dogs and longer says there is an additional pet fee.
