The bright living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, while the well-equipped kitchen features a large island and everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room, making it easy to eat together without anyone missing out on the conversation. Step outside and you'll find expansive covered outdoor living areas, with plenty of space to sit back and enjoy the Gulf and bay views. After a day at the beach, the outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing away sand before heading inside. 🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements Primary Bedroom The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, giving you a little extra privacy during your stay. Bedroom 2 A welcoming bedroom with a queen-size bed and coastal-inspired décor, ideal for couples or guests who prefer their own sleeping space. Bedroom 3 A fun and flexible bunk room with 2 sets of bunk beds, making it a great option for children, families or additional adult guests. 🚿 Bathrooms Alongside the primary bedroom's private en-suite, the home has a second full bathroom conveniently located for easy access from the main living areas and bedrooms. And after the beach, the outdoor shower makes cleaning off sandy feet and salty skin easy before you settle back in. 🌊 Beach & Location Located in Galveston's Indian Beach community, the home is approximately a 5–8 minute walk from the shoreline. Spend the day on the beach, return home for a rinse in the outdoor shower, then relax on the covered decks as the day winds down. Guest access You'll have private access to the entire home and its outdoor spaces during your stay. The beach is free to access and is approximately a 5–8 minute walk from the house. We provide a beach wagon to make taking chairs, towels, coolers and beach gear to and from the shoreline easier. You'll also have access to the home's covered outdoor living areas, balcony, outdoor shower and all amenities provided within the home. Other things to note To help you enjoy a smooth and relaxing stay, here are a few helpful details before you book: • Starter supplies: We provide a selection of starter essentials to help you settle in comfortably. For longer stays, additional supplies may be required. • Peaceful community: is located within a quiet residential community. We kindly ask guests to respect our neighbors and observe quiet hours so everyone can enjoy the relaxed setting. • Before you arrive: To help protect both our guests and homeowners, all reservations are completed through our secure Guest Portal. Before check-in, you'll be asked to complete a quick ID verification and sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement. • Damage protection: A refundable $1,500 security hold is required prior to arrival, or you may choose a $55 non-refundable damage waiver instead. • Early check-in: Subject to availability, guaranteed early check-in can be reserved in advance for 50% of the blocked nights rate. On the day of arrival, early check-in may also be available depending on cleaning schedules, at a $20 per hour charge. • Late check-out: Subject to availability, late check-out can be reserved for 50% of the blocked nights rate.
