Greetings from Sanger, CA, known as “the Nation’s Christmas Tree City”. Located off highway 180 East, Sanger offers a small town feel with parks, local restaurants and fast food eateries. It is ideally located for visitors on their way to and from the national parks and lakes. This SFH is a great place to come to relax and unwind on your way to/from the Central Valley. Coffee and some bottled water and snacks provided for day of arrival. The space This short-term rental offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It can sleep up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). It has a queen-sized bed in each bedroom and 2 ottoman pullout beds located in the living room. It has a full functioning kitchen, equipped with pots and pans, utensils, drinkware, toaster, microwave and a fully stocked Keurig coffee machine, and as a courtesy to the guests, a limited amount of bottled water and snack food items will be provided for the day of arrival. There is a tv in the main living room, as well as a tv in each bedroom. No cable tv is provided; however, WiFi is provided so guests can stream their own The bathroom is located at the back of the house. Single vanity, shower, and full-sized mirror. Towels and shampoo/conditioner provided. There is also additional seating space on the back patio, to include couch, ottoman and outdoor dining table. There is no smoking or vaping permitted in the home, but guests can smoke on the back patio, as long as the smoking trash receptacle provided is used, to insure no live ashes remain. Parking: The rental is located on a corner lot with a vacant lot adjacent to the property so privacy is maximized. There is ample street parking on the front and side of the house, as well as a driveway located on the side of the house. Security cameras/alarms: For security purposes only, there are cameras located outside the house, one above the front door and one on the back patio. Both cameras are focused outward, away from the residence, for security of the outdoor premises. There is also an alarm located inside the locked storage room located inside the back portion of the house, across from the bathroom. This room is marked as “no guest access”. No pets allowed: To insure that all guests can enjoy this rental, no pets will be allowed. Misc: No parties are allowed and all city noise ordinances must be followed. Guest access Full house is available to guests, with the exception of one room marked “no guest access”. Other things to note I hope you enjoy your stay!
