The property can host up to 21 guests using all available beds, though the most comfortable experience is designed for slightly smaller groups seeking exclusivity, charm, and a private retreat in Paraty. By renting the entire property, your group enjoys exclusive access to all three bungalows, with connecting decks between some of the units — allowing families and friends to stay close, yet maintain their own privacy. Located in the tranquil and safe Caborê neighborhood, the bungalows are just a 15–20 minute walk to Paraty’s historic center or Jabaquara Beach, with markets, bakeries, and restaurants nearby — blending the calm of a private retreat with the convenience of the city. Eco-Chalé (up to 4 guests) Upper floor: double bed, air-conditioning, feather pillows, wardrobe, desk, and large windows with double curtains (including blackout). Opens to a green roof terrace with chairs and a small table, perfect for morning coffee or sunlit relaxation. Access: a charming ladder-style staircase, steep and narrow, adds an artistic touch to the architecture (not ideal for elderly guests or those with mobility issues). Ground floor: open-plan kitchen and living space with sofa-bed (two singles 80x189cm), spacious bathroom with solar-heated shower, and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, cooktop, electric oven, blender, stainless steel pans, utensils). Includes mosquito nets, fans, and extra blankets. Bangalô Ipê (up to 7 guests) First floor: master bedroom with double bed and single sofa-bed (80x189cm), air-conditioning, mosquito net, portable fan, wardrobe, desk, blackout curtains, and blinds. Wooden floors in the hall and bedroom create a warm atmosphere. A full bathroom with solar-heated shower is shared with the additional sleeping nook. Living room: spacious and bright, with a fully equipped kitchen (4-burner stove, fridge, stainless steel pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, tableware, and utensils), dining area for 4–6, white polished cement floors, hammocks, and wide doors/windows opening to the lush garden. Sleeping nook/TV area: double foam bed with mosquito net, fan, and curtains for privacy, suitable for extra guests using the shared bathroom. Mezzanine: charming suite with double bed, air-conditioning, mosquito net, fan, desk, wooden floors with rug, blackout curtains, and views of the mountains and the living room below. Bangalô Peroba (up to 10 guests) Second floor: two air-conditioned suites, each with a double bed, open closet, and wide windows with blackout curtains or blinds. Between them, a TV mezzanine with double futon, privacy curtains, and 42" Smart TV with Roku — a cozy spot for rainy days or extra sleeping space. First floor: main hall and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, 4-burner stove, blender, coffee maker, sandwich press, stainless steel cookware, pressure cooker), dining area for 6, and access to a deck with hammocks, a 4-seat table, and sofa. Third suite: double bed, air-conditioning, closet, single bed (80x189cm), and armchair-bed (80x189cm), plus a private veranda with hammocks, table, and a mini-kitchen (fridge and cooktop). This suite can be integrated with the main hall and kitchen or kept fully independent with a private entrance. Outdoor Areas & Experience Guests enjoy a large, private garden with orchard, vegetable beds, outdoor shower, portable barbecue, and a firepit — ideal for starlit nights, group dinners, or relaxed afternoons. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property and all bungalows, including private decks and indoor spaces. Entry is through a shared gate, with independent pathways leading to each unit, ensuring both integration and privacy. Only the laundry area, storage rooms, and staff housing remain off-limits. Our local team will be nearby solely to provide support when needed—always discreetly—so your stay is peaceful, comfortable, and worry-free. Other things to note EXTRA GUESTS: We allow additional guests (beyond the original reservation) up to the maximum capacity of the unit (21 guests), with payment of any extra fees. Any visit not registered in the reservation must be communicated to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort. CHECKOUT: A late checkout fee applies to guarantee the bungalows are ready and organized for the next guests. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. PETS: We accept up to 1 pet (exceptions with prior authorization). We don’t have specific facilities for pets, but they are welcome as part of the family. For your pet’s well-being and everyone’s peace of mind, please do not leave the animal alone for long periods and take them out for walks. CLEANING & DAMAGES: If additional cleaning or replacements/repairs are required, fees may be charged to cover costs and maintain the bungalow’s quality standard. SMOKING: The bungalows are a smoke-free environment, but you are welcome to smoke in the yard and enjoy the natural surroundings. Please avoid incense, candles, or mosquito coils due to fire hazards. NOISE: To maintain CASA’s atmosphere of peace and tranquility, we kindly ask guests to respect legal quiet hours, and avoid disturbing neighbors. SAFETY: The Bungalows have two floors and some steep stairs; children must always be supervised by parents. PARKING: Up to four cars may be parked on the property. There is also plenty of additional free parking available on the street. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS (upon request in advance): Snorkel/mask, cooler, portable grill, 2 tennis rackets, hair dryer. Beach towels are provided in the room (please do not use bath towels at the beach). EXTRA SERVICES (additional fee): Breakfast (pre-booking required), laundry, daily cleaning, massages, tour bookings, organic food delivery, and bike rentals. GROUPS & EVENTS: Events or small celebrations must be pre-authorized.
